How do I earn rewards points?
First, you must be logged in to your Sunset Lake CBD account, or create a new account before you can earn any points.
There are two ways you can earn rewards points:
- Purchasing your favorite Sunset Lake CBD items! For every $1.00 you spend, you’ll earn one point. Be on the lookout for special products that offer double points.
- Create an account! To earn points you must be logged into your Sunset Lake CBD account. If you haven’t already, create an account and we’ll give you 100 right off the bat.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
You can redeem your Sunset Lake CBD rewards points during checkout. When you reach the cart page, you’ll be prompted with a small window that will say something like,
“Use 100 Rewards Points for a $10.00 discount on this order!” [Apply Discount]
Click that “Apply Discount” button and then enter the number of points that you’d like to apply to your order.
How much are points worth?
Each rewards point is worth $0.10, so redeeming 100 rewards points means a $10 credit towards your order.
Points are not redeemable for any cash value.
Can I earn points with my subscription?
Current subscribers will earn points with their recurring orders.
Rewards points cannot be applied to automatic recurring orders. As of right now, your rewards points can only be applied to one-time purchases.
How many rewards points can I use at a time?
There is no minimum of rewards points you need before you can redeem, but you may only redeem a total of 500 points ($50) at one time.
Do Sunset Lake CBD rewards points ever expire?
Rewards points will expire six months after they’ve been earned, so don’t wait too long to use them.
Can I use my rewards points on my subscription?
Unfortunately, rewards points cannot be applied to your automatic renewal orders placed via your active subscription.
Can I get points for purchases/ reviews I made previously?
No, sorry. We are not able to retroactively add points to your account.
