How To Use
Using Your CBD Oil Tincture
When you receive your 1200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil + Melatonin, please ensure the tamper-evident seal is unbroken. If it arrives broken or leaking, please contact us using the information on your packing slip.
If you’re new to this product or CBD in general, we recommend starting with 0.5mL. That translates to one-half of a dropper of oil. When you know how your body reacts to this dose, please adjust your dosage as needed.
If you find it difficult to wake up in the morning, consider taking less oil before bed. Or, if you find that 0.5 mL isn’t providing you with your desired effects, please increase your dose. We recommend moving your dose up and down slowly (0.25 mL) increments until you find something that works for you.
You can ingest this 1200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil + Melatonin in one of two ways.
Fast: Est. time to effect: 20-30 minutes
Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil under your tongue. Let your tongue rest on top of the oil and count to 20. Swallow the oil at the end of the count.
Gradual: Est. time to effect: 60-90 minutes
Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil into a nighttime drink. We recommend adding this mint-flavored oil to a cup of sleepytime tea. Drink your beverage as you would normally.

Using Your CBD Recovery Body Lotion
Sunset Lake’s CBD Recovery Body Lotion is intended for topical use only. Please keep this product away from your eyes and do not apply to open wounds.
You can use your CBD Lotion the same way and at the same frequency as you would use non-CBD-infused lotion. For the best results, apply the lotion to an affected area and rub it into your skin until it’s fully absorbed.

What is CBD Oil?
We make CBD oil by extracting CBD (and other cannabinoids) from hemp flowers using cold ethanol. Once we evaporate the ethanol, only a hemp concentrate, which looks like molasses, remains. This concentrate is fat-soluble.
We mix this hemp concentrate with an oil carrier like hemp or MCT oil to create CBD oil.
What is melatonin?
Melatonin is a hormone produced in your pineal gland to help you stay on a consistent sleep cycle. It is not a sedative but works to keep you on your circadian rhythm.
Can you mix CBD and melatonin?
CBD and melatonin are considered safe to take together. For most people, CBD and melatonin complement each other well and will help you feel drowsy faster.
