- During Summer months, (May – September) CBD edible products must be bought with Priority Shipping to prevent heat damage.
- Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, packages have been delayed longer than normal.
- When placing an order online please make certain that you have entered in your correct shipping and email information. Often internet browsers have auto-fill features and the wrong information can be populated. We are not responsible for the package being delivered to an incorrect address.
- If you notice after your order that the information is incorrect in your confirmation email, please contact us at admin@sunsetlakecbd.com and we can manually correct that address.
- If the package has already been consigned at the post office, it is not the responsibility of Sunset Lake CBD to contact the post office and change the delivery address.
- After your order is processed through the website you will get an email confirmation containing tracking information. Once you receive this email and your tracking information it is your responsibility to make sure your package makes it to you.
- If you didn’t get an email in your normal inbox, please first check your spam folder.
- If it is not in your spam folder you may have entered the incorrect email. Please contact admin@sunsetlakecbd.com to correct this.
- Ownership of the package transfers to you, the buyer, once it is consigned at the United States Post Office.
- We have a required signature for delivery option for an extra fee. We cannot be held responsible for packages being stolen off porches or otherwise lost or misplaced.
- If you wish to add insurance to a larger order, please let us know by emailing admin@sunsetlakecbd.com and we will custom purchase it for you. We only offer insurance for purchases greater than $500
- Orders placed before 10 A.M. EST/EDT on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day unless otherwise specified due to a lack of inventory, back-orders, or extraordinary circumstances.
