How To Use

When you receive your package, please open it to check for damage. If there is an issue with your jars or they appear damaged, opened, or defective, please contact us using the information on your packing slip. 

Using your gummies 

We suggest starting with just one Sour Bear CBD Gummy at a time. A dose of 25mg of CBD is generally considered adequate, especially for those new to CBD. The onset of these gummies typically takes between 30 minutes and two hours. 

The same goes for the Full Spectrum CBD Vibe Gummies. Start with one at a time. The onset will take between 30 minutes and two hours. You may feel a slight buzz after eating one of these gummies. Please do not consume a second Vibe Gummy while waiting for the effects to kick in. Once you understand how your body responds to full-spectrum CBD gummies, adjust your dosage accordingly. 

Plan to eat your Sleep Gummy at least 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. You may feel drowsy within 20 minutes. We recommend a longer runway of time because edibles can be highly variable from day to day for some individuals. While waiting for your gummy to work, please do not eat another. 

If you’ve never used these gummies or are new to CBD in general, please consume only one gummy at a time. We recommend one gummy per night for at least two weeks. This acclimation period should give you a good idea about how your body responds to the dose. 

Notice how you and your body respond to your dose. After acclimating, adjust your dosage as needed.  If the dose isn’t strong enough, adjust upwards by half of a gummy.  If you’re sleeping too soundly, reduce the dose to one-half of a gummy.
