We suggest starting with taking one CBD Sour Gummy Bear at a time.
For new users, we suggest starting with one gummy bear at a time. The onset of a gummy will generally be 1 – 2 hours, and the effects should last between 4 and 8 hours. For the first two weeks of use, please take a gummy at the end of the day. Notice how you feel and how your body reacts to the CBD.

Storage
