Suggested Use

CBD Sour Gummy Bears
For new users, we suggest eating only one CBD Sour Gummy Bear at a time. Take your dose near the end of the day or when you’re done with your daily tasks. Edible CBD affects people differently based on unique factors like body size and metabolism. For most people, the onset time of edible CBD is between 1 and 2 hours.

Sleep Gummies + CBN & Melatonin
Consume a gummy 1-2 hours before your desired bedtime. You may feel drowsy in as little as 20 minutes. You may not feel any sedative effects for up to two hours. Whatever the case, please do not eat another gummy while waiting.
For new users, we suggest taking one gummy per night for one week. Notice how your body responds to this dose and adjust as needed. If you’re sleeping too soundly, reduce the dose to one-half of a gummy. If the dose isn’t strong enough, adjust upwards by half of a gummy.

Storage
