Suggested Use
We recommend starting with 0.5mL, or roughly half of the included dropper, of these CBD oils. Half of a dropper of the 1,500mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture will contain 25mg of full-spectrum CBD. Half of a dropper of the 1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture + Melatonin will contain 20mg of full-spectrum CBD and 3mg of melatonin. When you are familiar with how you react to this dose (after two weeks of continual use) adjust your dosage as necessary.
1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture:
Fast: Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil under your tongue. Let your tongue lay on top of the oil to increase the surface area in contact with the oil. Count to 20 and swallow.
Est. time to effect 20 – 30 minutes.
Gradual: Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil into your favorite nighttime beverage like sleepytime tea or hot chocolate. Drink the beverage as you would normally.
1,500mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture:
Fast: Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil under your tongue. Rest your tongue on top to increase the surface area in contact with the oil. Count to 20 and swallow.
Est. time to effect 20 – 30 minutes.
Gradual: Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil into your favorite beverage or food. We would suggest adding CBD oil to your morning coffee or your sleepytime tea. There is no harm in mixing your CBD oil with your favorite foods, so feel free to combine it with whatever foods or drinks are most convenient for you. Consume your infused dish as you would normally.

When to Use
1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture:
Take your preferred dose at least one hour before your desired bedtime. The CBD and melatonin will need time to enter your bloodstream and have an effect.
1,500mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture:
Take your preferred dose whenever you prefer. We do recommend new users acclimate to their dosage before operating any heavy machinery. Acclimating generally takes two weeks of continual use. Even though CBD is non-psychoactive— it has been known to make some users feel quite sleepy!
CBD can affect people differently based on unique conditions like body size and previous cannabis use.
Storage Directions
To maintain freshness, keep your CBD Oil Tinctures in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. A medicine cabinet or a pantry out of reach of children is an ideal place for your tincture. Excessive heat and exposure to sunlight can degrade the CBD in your CBD oil tincture. Refrigeration is not recommended for bottles currently in use.
When properly stored, your CBD oil tincture will maintain its potency for up to 18 months.

FAQ
Is this CBD Oil the same as hemp oil?
Hemp oil and CBD oil are not the same things. Hemp oil, sometimes called hempseed oil is cold-pressed cooking oil that does not contain any substantial amount of CBD. It is possible to find CBD blended into hemp oil though. Be sure to look and ask for certificates of analysis for verification.
Will this CBD Oil show up on a drug test?
Both the 1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil + Melatonin and 1,500mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture contain trace amounts of THC.
