How do I use this cartridge?

To use this CBD vape cartridge, you need a 510-threaded vape battery. Once you have a battery, please attach this vape cartridge. Refer to the battery’s instructions about using the vape. 

Where do I get a 510-threaded battery?

We do not currently sell vape batteries on our website. However, you can find high-quality batteries on vaping accessory sites and online headshops. We also recommend visiting your local headshop or dispensary, where a budtender or clerk can help you find what you need in-store. 

How should I store my cart? 

We recommend storing your cart in its original packaging when not in use. Please store so that the mouthpiece is face up. Leaving your cartridge attached to your battery when not in use may lead to clogging issues. 

However you choose to store your cartridge, please be sure to store it in a dark, dry, cool place when not in use. 

Does this product produce a strong odor?

This Super Lemon Haze CBD Vape Cartridge does not produce an overly strong cannabis odor. However, please note that exhaled vapor will smell somewhat of cannabis. Please be mindful about when and where you choose to enjoy your vape.

Will this cart make me high? 

No, Sunset Lake’s Super Lemon Haze CBD Vape Cartridge contains less than 0.3% total THC and should provide a relaxing, uplifting experience without feelings of intoxication. 

If you are particularly sensitive to THC, you may notice more subtle effects, especially if you combine this product with other substances, natural or otherwise. 

Is this a THCA cart?

Sunset Lake’s Super Lemon Haze is a CBD vape cartridge— not a THCA cart. 

While this vape cartridge does contain a trace amount of THC and THCA, the amount is too small to produce the intoxicating effects commonly associated with THCA products. 

Is Super Lemon Haze an Indica or Sativa? 

Super Lemon Haze is a Sativa-dominant hemp cultivar. It’s an excellent option for daytime use, though this cart should not make you feel more energized if you choose to use it in the evening. 

How long do the effects last?

The effects of inhaled CBD typically onset within 2-10 minutes and can last between 1-3 hours, depending on your body’s tolerance, metabolism, and dosage. 

If you want to extend the effects, you can warm up your vape and take another hit as needed.

What are the health risks associated with CBD vapes?

Inhaling hemp extracts introduces potentially hazardous material into your lungs (though it’s relatively less than if you smoked hemp or cannabis flower). There’s a chance that you may irritate your respiratory system. 

If you have a pre-existing respiratory condition such as asthma or shortness of breath, please consult your healthcare provider before using this vape. Or, choose an ingestible CBD alternative. 

Does vaping CBD affect the medications I’m taking?

CBD can interact with certain medications. If you are taking any prescriptions, especially those with a grapefruit warning, please consult a healthcare professional— either your doctor or pharmacist— before you consume CBD products. 

Can I mix this product with other substances?

You can consume CBD products with other substances safely. Many users mix THC-heavy cannabis products with CBD hemp products, often without incident.

We don’t recommend using any hemp products in conjunction with alcohol, as this can increase the risk of side effects like drowsiness and impaired coordination. 

If you plan on using CBD in conjunction with other herbs and/or naturopathic remedies, please consult a naturopathic doctor or herbalist for safety instructions.

Will I fail a drug test after smoking this preroll? 

This Super Lemon Haze CBD Vape Cartridge is a full-spectrum product, meaning that it contains a trace amount of THC. While these amounts comply with USDA rules, we recommend caution if you are subject to drug testing. Even trace amounts of THC can trigger a positive result on workplace drug tests. 

Is this product legal in my state?

Please check your local and state laws for any specific restrictions. 

It is legal for us to sell, process, and ship our hemp products from Vermont because they comply with the federal 0.3% delta-9 THC and Vermont’s total THC limits, respectively. 

Can I travel with this CBD cart?

You can travel with this product domestically within the U.S. 

However, we recommend keeping the original packaging and the test results (certificates of analysis sent with every order) in case of any questions from authorities. 

Many airlines do have specific rules regarding vape batteries. If you mean to travel with your vape cart and battery, please abide by your airline’s specific vape battery rule.
