Refer a friend FAQ
Sunset Lake CBD’s refer-a-friend program is easy to use. You must have an account and be logged in. If you don’t have an account, you can make one here.
Email:
Enter the emails and first names of the people you’d like to refer to Sunset Lake CBd in the fields above. We’ll send them your referral coupon with a code good for $10 for their first order. When they place an order using your coupon, we’ll send you a coupon for $5 that you can use on any standalone order.
URL:
You can also share your referral URL via your social media accounts. When your friends click on that URL, they’ll automatically receive your referral coupon for their order. When they place their order, we’ll send you a coupon for $5 that you can use on any standalone order.
Some restrictions may apply. Only non-existing users may be referred.
Once your friend uses your link to make a purchase in our store, our automated system will send you an email that contains your $10 coupon code. Please be sure to add Sunset Lake to your contact book, so these emails don’t end up in your SPAM folder.
Our refer-a-friend program is a way to say “thank you” for sharing our farm and our products with your friends and family. Many of you have told us that you’ve told countless people about Sunset Lake CBD and we wanted to recognize that.
Every time that you refer a friend or family member using your referral coupon or referral URL, they’ll receive $10 off of their first order and we’ll send you a stackable coupon good for $5 to use on your next order.
Once your friend places an order using your referral URL/ or via your email invite, we will email you a coupon code that you can redeem for $10 off your next order.
Unfortunately, we cannot track word-of-mouth referrals (though we do appreciate them!)

You may refer as many friends and family members as you’d like. We are not limiting the number of referrals you can get per month. We require the person you refer to Sunset Lake CBD to be a new customer.
Sunset Lake CBD defines new customers as:
- People who have not registered for an account on our website
- And people who have never ordered from us before
Referral links you send others expire after 60 days. Don’t worry if your friends take a bit longer to decide; you can resend them a referral at any time!
Coupons we send you for successfully referring friends expire after 180 days (6 months). Please be aware of this deadline as we will not reissue referral credits.
