Each 1mL serving of this oil contains roughly 40mg of CBD and 3mg of melatonin. How To Use
When you first receive your Better Sleep CBD Bundle, please open each product and check for damage sustained during transit. Ensure that the dropper bulb and pipette work properly and that your tincture sustained no damage during transit. Please open your Sleep Gummies and ensure there is no tear in the foam tamper-evident seal. If that’s not the case, please get in touch with us using the information on your packing slip.
Using Your CBD Oil
You can ingest this 1200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil + Melatonin in one of two ways.
Fast: Est. time to effect: 20-30 minutes
Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil under your tongue. Let your tongue rest on top of the oil and count to 20. Swallow the oil at the end of the count.
Gradual: Est. time to effect: 60-90 minutes
Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil into a nighttime drink. We recommend adding this mint-flavored oil to a cup of sleepytime tea. Drink your beverage as you would normally.

Using Your Sleep Gummies
For the best results, you’ll want to give your Sleep Gummy some time to start working. Plan to eat your gummy at least 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. You may feel drowsy in as little as 20 minutes. We recommend the longer runway of time because of how variable edibles can be day-to-day for some folks. While waiting for your gummy to work, please do not eat another.
If you’ve never used these gummies or are new to CBD in general, please consume only one gummy at a time. We recommend one gummy per night for at least two weeks. This acclimation period should give you a good idea about how your body responds to the dose.
Notice how you and your body respond to your dose. After acclimating, adjust your dosage as needed. If the dose isn’t strong enough, adjust upwards by half of a gummy. Storage

To maintain freshness, keep your 1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture + Melatonin in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. A medicine cabinet or your nightstand drawer is an ideal place for your tincture. Excessive heat and exposure to sunlight can degrade the CBD in your CBD oil tincture. Refrigeration is not recommended for bottles currently in use.
When properly stored, your CBD oil tincture will maintain its potency for up to 18 months.
Sleep Gummies
To maintain your Sleep Gummies’ freshness, we recommend keeping your jar in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
