Use both in conjunction each night to reach for your nightly dose of melatonin, full-spectrum CBD, and CBN. All of the CBD in both of these products comes straight from our farm in northern Vermont and comes with third-party testing to verify the doses of CBD, CBN, and melatonin.

Suggested Use – 1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil + Melatonin
Fast: Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil under your tongue. Let your tongue lay on top of the oil to increase the surface area in contact with the oil. Count to 20 and swallow.
Est. time to effect 20 – 30 minutes.
Gradual: Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil into your favorite nighttime beverage like sleepytime tea or hot chocolate. Drink the beverage as you would normally.
Est. time to effect: 60 – 90 minutes
Suggested Use – Sleep Gummies:
CBD, CBN, and melatonin can affect people differently based on unique factors like body size, current CBD use, and metabolism. For most people, we suggest starting with just one Sleep Gummy (25mg CBD, 10mg CBN, and 2mg of melatonin) one to two hours before your desired bedtime.
Once you know how one Sleep Gummy affects you, feel free to adjust your dose as needed. This acclimation period takes about two weeks for most people. If you have any further questions about edible CBD or dosages, please reach out via our contact page here.
We suggest taking our Better Sleep Bundle products one to two full hours before your desired bedtime. They are not recommended for daytime use.
We do not recommend taking any products included in the Better Sleep Bundle before operating any heavy machinery. Consuming cannabinoids, CBD, CBN, and the hormone melatonin will hopefully cause drowsiness.

Please be advised that during the summer months (May 1st – Sept. 30th) our Sleep Gummies (and all bundles containing Sleep Gummies) must be purchased with priority shipping if the order doesn’t already qualify for free shipping.
Recurring orders assigned “Standard Shipping” (Read more about our Subscription program here) will be charged an additional $5 during the summer months in order to cover the cost of upgrading your order to priority shipping.
This policy is in place to help prevent your Sleep Gummies from melting in transit.
Storage Directions
1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture + Melatonin
To maintain freshness, keep your 1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture + Melatonin in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. A medicine cabinet or your nightstand drawer is an ideal place for your tincture. Excessive heat and exposure to sunlight can degrade the CBD in your CBD oil tincture. Refrigeration is not recommended for bottles currently in use.
When properly stored, your CBD oil tincture will maintain its potency for up to 18 months.
Sleep Gummies
To maintain your Sleep Gummies’ freshness, we recommend keeping your jar in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. A medicine cabinet or your nightstand locked away from children is an ideal place for your gummies. You may also refrigerate your gummies, but it’s not necessary and over time may lead to your Sleep Gummies losing their moisture and getting chewier.
When properly stored out of sunlight and heat, your Sleep Gummies will retain their potency and flavor for up to 12 months.
