We work with a local coffee roaster to infuse this dark-roast coffee with full-spectrum CBD. The result is a rich cup of coffee that will jumpstart your day without jitters.
We recommend 12 grams of whole coffee beans per cup of coffee brewed.

Never worry about your CBD Coffee again! When you sign up for a CBD Coffee subscription, we will mail your chosen size of coffee however often you want! Available in full pounds, half pounds, and quarter pounds. The region of beans is subject to change.
We roast our Farmer’s Roast CBD Coffee with our neighbor, Good Luck Coffee Roasters. With their small-batch roasting process and our eye for detail, we’ve created a precise product that delivers 25mg of full-spectrum CBD in every cup. We exclusively roast with Rainforest Alliance Certified beans.
Our Farmer’s Roast CBD Coffee is:
- A whole-bean product. Please know that you will need access to a coffee grinder to enjoy this product.

How To Use
When you receive your bag of CBD Coffee in the mail, please check your bag for damage. If there is an issue with the bag’s heat seal, please contact us using the information on your packing slip.
Newer users should try our CBD Coffee on your weekend. This is especially true if you’re new to CBD products in general. When you know how your body reacts to CBD, adjust your drinking schedule accordingly.
Brewing Your CBD Coffee
Measure your coffee beans using a kitchen scale. We recommend using 12 grams of whole beans for every cup of coffee you want to make. This amount of beans will give you a 25mg dose per cup.
If you’re a more experienced user and want to make a bolder cup, please feel free to use additional beans.
Grind your desired amount of beans with an electric coffee grinder set to drip or percolator grind, if available. A coarser grind will work better with our suggested brewing methods.
For the best brew, we recommend using any method that utilizes a metal mesh filter. The team here at Sunset Lake prefers a French press, but you may also use a drip machine if it uses a metal mesh screen. We find that paper or cloth filters can filter some of the CBD during the brewing process.
You can also brew your Farmer’s Roast CBD Coffee in your at-home cold brew setup. Please note that this will make for a tastier and more caffeinated final product.

Our Recommendation

Substitute for your afternoon cup – If you find that you prefer a cup of coffee after lunch to keep your energy up, try substituting our CBD coffee for your regular brew. You can maintain your mental edge without bouncing your legs up and down ceaselessly.
Add CBD Oil – If you want more relief in every cup, instead of doubling the amount of beans in your cup, you can add a dropper of your favorite Sunset Lake CBD Oil Tincture. Yes, there will be a slick of oil on top of your coffee, but it will be better kinder to you wallet.
Dial in with functional mushrooms – On days when you need to be dialed in, say for an important presentation, try taking a Focus Functional Mushroom Gummy with your cup of coffee. The Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps in every gummy will compliment the caffeine and CBD nicely.

Rain Forest Alliance Certified beans from El Conquistador. El Conquistador is La Minita’s trademarked Dota coffee. It has the classic piquant acidity and lively winey flavor expected of the region’s best coffees. El Conquistador is well balanced with notes of lush tropical fruit and bittersweet chocolate and has a smooth, pronounced body.
Colombia:
Rain Forest Alliance Certified beans from Enrique Vasquez and his family. Each cup features maple and citrus flavors, a rich body, and a smooth finish.

We ship CBD Coffee to all 50 states and U.S. territories. We ship with the U.S. Post Office, so you may ship to your P.O. box if needed.

For subscriptions purchased with “Standard Shipping,” We do reserve the right to add a $5 edible shipping surcharge to recurring orders during the aforementioned months.
Storage
Store your bag of Farmer’s Roast CBD Coffee in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Excessive heat, light, and oxygen may degrade the CBD inside and affect the taste of your coffee.

What Are Rainforest Alliance Certified Mean?
Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee beans come from farms that put climate, forest health, human rights, and workers’ rights front and center— a few core tenets that we care about deeply here at Sunset Lake CBD.
What Is CBD Coffee?
CBD coffee is coffee, either whole-bean or pre-ground, infused with hemp extract. At Sunset Lake, we infuse premium dark-roast coffee beans with full-spectrum hemp extract.
Many companies make their coffee with CBD isolate because it’s easier to work within a food setting. We think you get the best results from CBD by using full-spectrum hemp extract, so we use a special method to infuse whole beans.
Can You Pregrind My Coffee?
At this time, we cannot pre-grind your coffee beans prior to shipment. We are currently looking into providing a pre-ground coffee product in the future.
How Do You Make CBD Coffee?
You can make CBD Coffee in one of two ways. If you’re making it yourself at home with regular coffee and CBD oil, you can add CBD oil to your cup of coffee. This will result in small ‘oil slicks’ sitting on top of your coffee, though.
With Sunset Lake CBD’s Farmer’s Roast, brew your coffee as you normally would. We recommend using metal filters if you can, as paper filters can catch some of the CBD. Each 8oz. cup of Farmer’s Roast you brew should contain around 25mg of full-spectrum CBD with none of the ‘oil slicks.’
What Are The Benefits of CBD Coffee?
Sunset Lake’s CBD Coffee is a great balancing act in a cup. Caffeine is a great stimulant and can help us wake up in the morning. Too much caffeine can make us jittery, though.
CBD, on the other hand, can have calming effects. Together, CBD and caffeine can give you the energy that you need in the morning without those unwanted jitters.
Is There THC In CBD Coffee?
We infuse our CBD Coffee with full-spectrum CBD, which means that the beans contain small trace amounts of THC.
Can You Reheat CBD Coffee?
If you’re one to sip on your morning cup for an hour or more, your CBD coffee may end up getting a bit chilly. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend reheating your CBD coffee. The microwave may end up damaging the CBD inside, and you’ll lose out on potency.
