How To Use

When you receive your package, please open it to check for damage. If there is an issue with your jars or they appear damaged, opened, or defective, please contact us using the information on your packing slip. 

Using your gummies

We suggest starting with one Full Spectrum CBD Vibe Gummy at a time. Full-spectrum edible products can take anywhere between 30 minutes and 2 hours to take full effect. We do not recommend eating another gummy while waiting for your gummy to take effect. Stacking doses that contain edible THC may lead to unwanted side effects.

The effects of full-spectrum edibles may last upwards of eight hours. For your first few experiences with these gummies, we recommend sticking to one gummy per sitting. Once you’re familiar with how one Full Spectrum CBD Vibe Gummy affects you, adjust your dosage as needed.

Plan to eat your Sleep Gummy at least 1-2 hours before your desired bedtime. You may feel drowsy in as few as 20 minutes. We recommend the longer runway because the onset of edibles can vary depending on several factors. While waiting for your gummy to kick in, please do not eat another. 

If you’ve never used these gummies or are new to CBD in general, please consume only one gummy at a time. We recommend one gummy per night for at least two weeks. This acclimation period should give you a good idea about how your body responds to the dose. 

Notice how you and your body respond to your dose. After acclimating, adjust your dosage as needed.  If the dose isn’t strong enough, adjust upwards by half of a gummy.  If you’re sleeping too soundly, reduce the dose to one-half of a gummy.
