Eating Your CBD Gummies
We suggest starting with just one Sour Bear CBD Gummy at a time. 25mg of CBD is an adequate dose, especially if you are new to CBD. The onset of these gummies generally takes between 30 minutes and two hours.
If you are new to CBD, please stick to one gummy per dosing for at least the first two weeks. Notice how you feel mentally and physically. After this initial acclimation period, please adjust your dosage as needed.
The same goes for the Full Spectrum CBD Vibe Gummies. Start with one at a time. The onset will take between 30 minutes and two hours. You may feel a slight buzz after eating one of these gummies. That’s the 1mg of hemp-derived THC.
Please do not consume a second Vibe Gummy while waiting for the effects to kick in. Once you know how your body reacts to full-spectrum CBD gummies, adjust your dosage as you see fit.
Plan to eat your Sleep Gummy at least 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. You may feel drowsy in as little as 20 minutes. We recommend the longer runway of time because of how variable edibles can be day-to-day for some folks. While waiting for your gummy to work, please do not eat another.

Storage Directions
