We suggest starting with taking one CBD Gummy at a time.

The benefit of the slower onset time is that the effects will last longer too. Edible CBD generally lasts anywhere between 4 – 8 hours.
CBN Sleep Gummies:
CBD, CBN, and melatonin can affect people differently based on unique factors like body size, current CBD use, and metabolism. For most people, we suggest starting with just one Sleep Gummy (25mg CBD, 10mg CBN, and 2mg of melatonin) one to two hours before your desired bedtime. Storage Directions
To maintain the freshness of your CBD Gummy Bundle, we recommend keeping your jars in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. A medicine cabinet or your nightstand locked away from children is an ideal place for your gummies. You may also refrigerate your gummies, but it is not necessary and over time may lead to your gummies losing some of their moisture.
When properly stored, your gummies will retain their potency and flavor for up to 12 months.
